Privacy policy

The European General Data Protection Regulation came into force on 25.05.2018. The regulation strengthens your rights as a consumer. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the legal data protection regulations as well as described in this privacy policy.

Collection of personal data:
The operators of the website https://www.quartierquast.com and the domains/websites of our project sales pages take the protection of your personal data very seriously. The use is usually possible without providing personal data. As far as on our sides personal data (such as name, address or e-mail addresses) are collected, this is as far as possible on a voluntary basis. This data will not be passed on to third parties. .

During a simple website visit, we only store access data within the scope of so-called server log files. This is data that is provided by your browser and is not personally identifiable, namely:

  • Browser type & version
  • Operating system used
  • Referrer URL (the previously visited page)
  • Host name of the accessing computer (IP address)
  • Time and date of the server request

We are not able to assign this data to specific persons. This data is not merged with other data sources, and the data is deleted after a statistical analysis. For this purpose, the accesses of the users to our websites are stored in the server log files, including the IP address. These log files are processed monthly for statistical purposes using analysis software and then deleted. It is not possible to draw conclusions about a specific person when we use the data. Your data is processed by us on servers located in Germany and thus within the scope of the EU data protection level. Order data processing:
All inquiries that you send us via contact form on our website will be taken over by us through jotform. This data will then be assigned to the desired applications or construction project/residential project according to your request. Since we are willing to answer your inquiry positively, we use your data in order to submit to you under circumstances another building project/residential project. Jotform has adapted to the DSGVO guidelines. However, we remain responsible to you under data protection law.

Revocation:
You are entitled to revoke your consent regarding the storage of your personal data at any time. You are also entitled to revoke your consent to the collection and storage of further voluntary data by us at any time. Please note that in order to protect your privacy and security, we will verify your identity before taking any such action. Data processing within the contractual and business relationship:
Quartier Quast E.K. processes in particular the following personal data within the framework of a contractual and business relationship as described under the following points. A contractual relationship with you exists in particular if you have commissioned us either with the search for a suitable property or with the marketing of your property. A business relationship also exists if we look after you as a tenant of a housing association, because your landlord has commissioned and authorized us to look after tenants, or if we sell condominiums in apartment buildings or act as agents. We assume that you agree to unencrypted email communication. If this is not the case, please contact us immediately.

First name, surname, title, address, telephone number, e-mail address, information about their real estate wishes (in the case of real estate search) or (in the case of real estate marketing) information about their real estate; data relevant to the purchase contract or rental contract when buying, selling or renting a property: bank details, information about identity, copy of ID, date of birth, marriage status, tax identification number. In the following, these data are referred to as "data" or "personal data". We process the personal data for the following purposes:

If your inquiry can lead to a potential purchase of a property and we are in purchase contract negotiations, we transmit the personal data required in this respect to the respective owner or seller and, in the case of brokerage sharing transactions, to the colleague broker involved. We store personal data in connection with a contractual relationship for the duration of the retention period resulting from the statutory provisions.
