Simon J. Quast has more than a decade of experience in real estate development and investment and has realized more than twelve residential projects with over 250 units in Berlin and Hamburg with approx. 20,000 sqm. With his expertise, he advises owners on how to make old apartment buildings more valuable and profitable through targeted development measures, while at the same time helping urban residents to enjoy a better quality of life.
