The audit also includes a well-founded location analysis (micro/macro), in which we work out risks and profit opportunities for you according to income, asset and comparative value methods.

Co-investments and real estate participations offer our partners selected access to high-yield properties, developable properties and real estate. We acquire a suitable project and you, as an investor, participate in the project profits via a suitable legal form.

Quartier Quast takes over the entire operative work for this success, from the purchase examination and due diligence, project planning and development, project management and transparent reporting to the refinement, the project sale. In addition to a silent participation via equity investment, e.g. as a lender or as a KG shareholder, the operational work can also be shared if desired, provided you already have real estate experience.
